The Green Market is the local, sustainable, producer-only farmers market of Milledgeville, Georgia. Hours of Operation The market is open Saturdays, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm noon. April - September: Open Every Saturday October - March: Open 1st & 3rd Saturdays Closed on the day of the Deep Roots Festival in October Located at the Marketplace Pavilion, 222 East Hancock Street, Milledgeville, GA, 31061 (In between Golden Pantry & Huddle House)
The Green Market was founded in 2012 by the non-profit organization Fall Line Farmers Inc. We are a group of hard-working farmers who live and farm in Milledgeville and the surrounding areas who are committed to bringing fresh, wholesome, sustainably-grown food to the people of Central Georgia. All of our farmers live and grow within a 50 mile radius of market, so your food does not have far to travel. We are the only market in the Central Georgia area that requires all of its vendors to grow according to organic standards
